Three arrested in Union Parish on burglary and drug charges

UNION PARISH, La. (KNOE) - Three people have been arrested in connection with a burglary investigation in Union Parish.

According to Sheriff Dusty Gates, the arrests come after the burglary of a home on Roan Road in the Rocky Branch area. Investigators say the burglary happened during the weekend of August 4th - 6th.

The three people arrested are:
21-year-old Connor Lee Gates of Farmerville
20-year-old Nicholas J. Millien of West Monroe
27-year-old Terri Lea Donald of Farmerville

Investigators say Connor Gates and Nicholas Millien confessed to burglarizing the home three times. Items believed to have been stolen include electronics, vacuums, power washers, ammunition, tools, heaters and other household items.

Investigators say they were able to find the men after they pawned some of the items, at which point their vehicle was caught on video. Detectives say they found the same vehicle at a nearby home, where they encountered Terri Donald. They say Donald allowed authorities to search the home where they found more stolen items along with meth.

All three are facing several charges including charges related to burglary and possession of meth.
