Should be a beautiful work week

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A lot of damage is still being surveyed around the region, trees and powerlines down, major structural damage and several tornadoes.

So far we've had 9 confirmed tornadoes in our viewing area, and there are still more areas that need to be surveyed like Caldwell Parish.

There is a freeze warning in effect for tonight for Union County, AR as temperatures could drop below freezing for several hours, for the rest of us though we should stay a few degrees above.

Tomorrow could be a little breezy at times, not nearly as breezy as today though, and we'll be a little warmer in the upper 60s, possibly 70.

Tuesday is also looking quite a bit nicer as temperatures rebound to around 80.

Another cold front will come through Wednesday night and we could see a few showers pop up ahead of it, but it's not looking severe at this time.

We'll have a couple more nice days on Thursday and Friday before rain chances creep back in by the weekend.

We are definitely watching for the potential of severe weather for the weekend, make sure to keep checking back for updates.
