Welcome
Come along with us while we explain about Delta Vein Care! Take the time to view this brief video so you can become familiar with the inside of the surgical suite. We will be updating this area as new information comes in. Thanks for your time, from Dr. Larry Barr and staff.

Dr. Barr began practice of general, vascular and thoracic surgery in Monroe in 1979. He was instrumental in the development of endoscopic general surgery in the area, performing the first laparoscopic cholecystectomy, first laparoscopic hernia repair, and first laparoscopic nissen fundoplication in Monroe. Over the past several years Dr. Barr has focused on new developments in the treatment of venous disease. He currently has the only totally office-based practice focusing on vein care in this area. Dr. Barr is a registered vascular technologist and is a Diplomate of the American College of Phlebology. Options for venous treatment include compression therapy, sclerotherapy, phlebectomy, or endovenous ablation. You may require one or several of these modalities to resolve your particular problem, and all are provided in the office setting with little or no down time.
