WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - Nine years after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast, many evacuees are remembering the storm from their new homes in North Louisiana.

MONROE, La. (KNOE 8 News) - A Texas man accused of setting fire to his former employer's home in Ouachita Parish has been indicted and is now in the custody of local authorities.
